I have been dealing with Michael for at least 8 years combined in his previous role and now at Premier Path Finance. I have always found Michael to be exceptional at what he does - super responsive and easy to deal with. In particular, he understands mortgage financing and how banks work intimately looks for financially creative solutions to find the best deals based on the circumstances. I have recently done three loans through Michael for myself with complex arrangements, plus a loan for my older son, and now also doing one for my younger son. I am extremely happy with the outcomes which is now saving me a significant amount on my mortgages. I would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend Michael and Premier Path Finance for anyone looking for an easy to deal with person/organisation to help with your property finance solutions.
